His academic journey spans a Bachelor of Business Administration, a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation and an MBA in Corporate Management. Together, these qualifications support a multidimensional understanding of how organisations grow, remain compliant and manage complexity.
That foundation is reinforced by practical leadership in Tanzania's freight, logistics and clearing-and-forwarding sector. As Managing Director of Silent Ocean Limited, Soloka operates in a world where timing, coordination, documentation and trust must work together. A single overlooked detail can delay cargo, interrupt operations or expose a client to loss. It is this discipline that shapes his contribution to K4S.
Leadership beyond one business
Beyond his corporate roles, Soloka has contributed to national sporting and civic initiatives. In 2024, he served on a minister-appointed committee mobilising support for Tanzania's national teams; in 2026, he represented Silent Ocean as principal sponsor of the Bunge Marathon, supporting physical wellbeing, public participation and blood donation.
