Service overview

Visibility and escalation with a defined purpose.

A patrol should check specific risks rather than simply pass a property. K4S agrees the locations, observations, timing approach, records and escalation contacts required for each assignment. Supervisor visits may also support guarding quality and site communication.

Alarm response depends on the alarm information, property access, safety conditions and the action the client has authorised. Coverage and response expectations are confirmed during assessment; this page does not promise a universal response time.

How an assignment starts

Assess. Plan. Deliver.

The exact personnel, systems, timing and responsibilities follow the agreed assessment—not a generic package.

  1. 01
    Define the triggers

The client and K4S agree what is checked, what information may be received and what requires escalation.

  2. 02
    Plan access and safety

Routes, keys or contacts, visit records and safe limits of the responder’s role are established.

  3. 03
    Record and review

Visits and exceptions are documented so the patrol structure can be adjusted when site conditions change.

Common questions

Before requesting support.

Does K4S promise one response time everywhere?

No. Location, traffic, available information, access and assignment coverage affect what can be agreed. Any service expectation is documented for the specific site.

What does a patrol check?

The checklist is based on the site and may include access points, perimeter conditions, visible exceptions and other observations agreed with the client.

Can patrols replace an on-site guard?

They serve different purposes. The assessment considers whether a permanent post, scheduled visits, technology or a combination is appropriate.
